Affiliate members wishing to upgrade their memberships to full HFESA Member need to complete the
membership application form and return it with copies of their CVs and certificates of qualifications to the Secretariat (address included on the application form). Applications for full Membership are reviewed by the Executive Committee to ensure applicants meet the criteria for both education and experience.
