DESCRIPTION:This short course was designed by and for healthcare profession
 als to introduce the discipline of Human Factors and how it can contribute
  to improving the quality and safety of care. The course consists of 7 mod
 ules covering key topics and shows how a systems approach can inform solut
 ions and prevent harm. It is delivered online over 7 weeks and runs twice
