SUMMARY:9th International Confeence On Driver Distraction And Inattention
DESCRIPTION:This premier international event on inattention and distracted 
 driving draws delegates from over 20 countries\, including government\, in
 dustry\, and academia. For the first time\, it's coming to the United Stat
 es!\n\nThe conference features keynote speakers\, plenary and parallel ses
 sions\, a poster exhibition\, student competition\, expert panel discussi
 ons and an including an optional pre-conference workshop\, . Networking o
 pportunities are integrated throughout\, allowing participants to engage w
 ith global experts to address our shared challenge: saving lives on the ro
 ad.\n\nFollowing the success of previous conferences in Sweden\, Australia
 \, France\, and online\, DDI2024 will co-operate with the high impact fact
 or scientific journal Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology a
 nd Behaviour\, and the authors of the best abstracts and conference presen
 tations will be invited to submit a full paper to a special issue of the j
 ournal.\n\nOrganised by the SAFER Vehicle and Traffic Safety Centre at Cha
