DESCRIPTION:The ACT Branch of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of A
 ustralia (HFESA) is proud to announce a partnership with leading academic 
 from UWA Business School and Australian Laureate Fellow Professor Sharon P
 arker.\n\nJoin a discussion with Professor Sharon Parker hosted by the HFE
 SA. In this small group of executives and senior managers\, Professor Shar
 on Parker will share her evidence and  experiences.  Work design is a c
 rucial but neglected strategy for optimising health\, for unleashing emplo
 yee talent\, and for creating agile and effective organisations.\n\nThe fo
 rum will provide you with the opportunity to discuss the realities of mana
 gement in the Canberra context. You will hear about Professor Parker’s m
 ost recent research on designing work for transformative outcomes.  Profe
 ssor Parker is interested in continuing the conversation with you after th
 is event.\n\nTake away inspiration on why designing better work makes for
