SUMMARY:Decarbonization of rail\, and the HF changes around that
DESCRIPTION:Peer conversations is a new event format that centres around a 
 particular topic.\n\nThe attendees will be presented with a subject and pr
 oblem definition to guide a structure conversation on how to approach this
  new domain.\n\nThis event will discuss the decarbonization of rail and th
 e transition from diesel-powered trains to more sustainable alternatives l
 ike electrified railways\, hydrogen fuel cells\, and battery-operated trai
 ns. And how this may introduce new challenges and areas within Human Facto
 rs.\n\nWe will discuss the potential impacts of new technologies\, safety 
 protocols for new operational hazards\, and maintenance practices. Additio
 nally\, we will touch on the psychological impact on employees due to chan
 ges in their roles and the overall working environment.\n\nJoin us for an 
 interesting evening of peer conversation.\n\nWhen: 4th July at 6:00pm –
