Sharon curren tly works as a consultant providing ergonomic guidance and expert opinions .\n\nTodd Shardlow\n\nManaging Director + Principal Consultant\, Distilled Consulting\n\nAt the helm of Distilled Consulting is one of Australia’s leading Human Factors (HF) practitioners\, Todd Shardlow. With over 20 ye ars’ of HF experience spanning 4 states\, working on projects across mul tiple high-risk sectors including rail\, metro and oil &\; gas\, Todd h as built upon his strong academic background in human factors and organisa tional psychology to develop a deep understanding of applied and operation al safety issues.\n\nTodd is a highly skilled and passionate senior manage r and human factors professional who brings market-leading HF integration and assurance expertise\, delivered with a pragmatic approach.
