 ty culture programme and is Editor in Chief of HindSight. He is a Chartere
 d Psychologist and Chartered Ergonomist &amp\; Human Factors Specialist. 
 His approach involves working with individuals and groups at all levels of
  organisations\, from front-line to CEO\, as well as judiciary and nationa
 l governments.
