Work design is a crucial but neglected strategy for optimising health, for unleashing employee talent, and for creating agile and effective organisations.

Two workshops:

  • In the first workshop, Dr Kirsten Way will help you understand how to apply risk management to create mentally healthy work.
  • In the second workshop, ARC Laureate Sharon Parker will address why “good work design is good business”. You will learn how to improve performance outcomes for your workforce through innovative work practices.

This event is suitable for: HR practitioners, health and safety professionals, organisational psychologists, human factors and ergonomics consultants and managers responsible for workforce restructure, job/work design decisions and facility design projects.
