DESCRIPTION:Mines Rescue facility \n\nWollongong Mines Rescue Station\, Woo
 nona\n\nhttp://www.minesrescueservices.com/\n\nThis visit to the Southern 
 Mines Rescue Station will include a tour of the world’s most advanced mi
 ne safety training simulator.  The virtual reality system is an Undergrou
 nd Operating Whole of Mine with over 50km of roadway\, covering all regula
 r mining methods and an Open Cut Operating Whole of Mine.  If time permit
 s\, this visit will also include a tour of the underground gallery used fo
 r mine rescue practice.\n\nRegistration for this site visit will be requir
 ed due to limited numbers (maximum 30 people). Details of this process wil
 l be made available online soon.\n\nTransport costs are included in confer
 ence registration.\n\nPlease note that site visits are for conference dele
 gates only that have paid their registration in full. Registrations are e
 ssential.
