 ach offers\na more complete solution.\nIn this session Catherine will prov
 ide a guided tour through the landscape of\nneurodiversity in employment\,
  challenging unconscious bias and stereotypes with\nevidence-based facts a
 nd up to the minute research about what neurodiversity is\, what it\nisn't
  \, how it impacts health\, why it's important to understand in employment
  and\nexposes the gaps in traditional disability employment practices. She
  explains the concept\nof the Vicious Cycle of Non Disclosure and uses a c
 ase study drawn from her professional\nexperience to demonstrate how tradi
 tional employment practices can cause harm to\nneurodivergent workers and 
 how understanding the role the workers neurodivergence\nplayed in the scen
 ario and providing a more inclusive approach a good outcome was\nachieved
