 afe WA Department of Mines\, Industry Regulation and Safety.\n\nKath has w
 orked as an ergonomist specialising in the prevention of psychosocial and 
 musculoskeletal injuries at work for over a decade. Combining qualificatio
 ns in Occupational Therapy and Organisational Psychology\, Kath investigat
 es how well workplaces manage the risk of injuries resulting from hazardou
 s manual tasks\, bullying\, and other complex hazards in the workplace.\n\
 nKath has held several positions on the WA committee for the Human Factors
  and Ergonomics Society of Australia and is the current WA Board represent
 ative on the national HFESA board.\n\nIn her role as senior scientific off
 icer at WorkSafe\, she regularly presents forums on best practice in the p
 revention of musculoskeletal injuries and systems to prevent and manage oc
