 s\n\nCognitive task analysis methods provide a means to gain an in-depth u
 nderstanding of the cognitive processes behind expert performance. This we
 binar will provide an overview of these methods\, including the critical d
 ecision method and verbal protocol analysis\, giving examples of their use
  for knowledge elicitation.\n\nAssociate Professor Gemma Read is the Deput
 y Director of the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems at t
 he University of the Sunshine Coast. Gemma has over 15 years’ experience
  applying human factors and systems thinking theories and methods to impro
 ve safety and optimise performance in various domains including transport 
 safety\, workplace safety and healthcare.\n\nWhen: August 24th\, 6pm –
