SUMMARY:Titans of HFE Symposium
DESCRIPTION:The Titans of HFE Virtual Symposium is a showcase of some of th
 e premier researchers\, practitioners and academicians in HFES.  Our next
  symposium convenes on Monday\, February 3\, 2025.\n\nOur focus for the ne
 xt symposium is to honor many of our late Titans—individuals who made re
 markable contributions to our Society and whose legacies are commemorated 
 through our major awards.  These include:\n\n 	Jens Rasmussen\n 	Tom Wate
 rs\n 	Barbara Silverstein\n 	Richard Hornick\n\nWe will dedicate a panel t
 o each of these individuals and feature three to four presenters who will 
 discuss the contributions of our Titans over 50-minute sessions. While the
  focus will be less on discussion\, we hope to gather personal stories fro
 m those who knew these Titans best.\n\nRegistration is complimentary for H
 FES Student Affiliate members\, and a nominal fee is charged to others. Re
 gistration is open. We hope you save February 3\, 2025 on your calendar an
