DESCRIPTION:Lessons learned and Problem definition - part 1\n\n\n\nHFESA ha
 s a vision of expand our national initiatives and improve available tools\
 , standardise processes and methods across the states.\n\nHFESA and Transp
 ort SIG invites you to participate in a 3 part workshop event to collect i
 nsights from the HF community working in transportation. The aim is to def
 ine the challenges and issues we are facing and brainstorm around initiati
 ves we can implement in the near future.\n\nDiscussion areas may include:\
 n\n 	Standardization of human factors requirements for transport infrastru
 cture projects.\n 	Sharing and access to research output and application o
 f evidence based HF practice.\n 	Creation of public domain HF tool kits an
 d databases for rail operations and maintenance.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe first t
 wo workshops (7th of June and 14th of September) will be facilitated by th
 e Transport SIG Chair and held online using MURAL (a digital whiteboard to
 ol) to capture the HFESA members work experiences and define the problems 
 we like to resolve in our industry.\n\nThe workshops will follow the doubl
 e diamond design methodology to capture insight into the problem definitio
 n and inform our future brainstorming session in part 3 proposed to be hel
 d at this year’s HFESA conference in November as a hybrid session.\n\nWe
  welcome you to participate in one or all workshops sessions. Our aim is t
 o make them accessible to everyone with minimal requirement to have attend
 ed the previous session to contribute to the next.\n\nFacilitator Bio\n\n\
 n\nAntoine has over 10 years’ experience in human factors engineering an
 d human centred design. 2 years dedicated to the design of consumer produc
 ts and services\, and over 8 years on the development and delivery of majo
 r transport and infrastructure projects.\n\nAntoine’s keen understanding
  of project management enables him to truly embedded human factors solutio
 n that connects team to their target end users adding value where it matte
