DESCRIPTION:The consideration of psychosocial factors has become a key part
  of our ergonomics work these days\, especially in relation to the prevent
 ion of Musculo-Skeletal Disorders.  Among the factors in consideration is
  how leaders communicate and set the tone and culture of a work environmen
 t\, especially during workplace change.  We all have a sense of what poor
  leadership looks and feels like\, but what are the habits\, behaviours an
 d approaches that people leaders from the top down can learn and practice 
 that can work to minimise or eliminate those unwanted psychosocial impacts
 . Much of this comes down to communications.  Lana will approach the topi
