DESCRIPTION:Dean Homicki - Founder\, Staebl PL &amp\; Staebl Academy\, Prod
 uct Designer &amp\; Accessibility Advocate.\n\nDean Homicki is a designer\
 , systems thinker\, and long-standing advocate for equitable access in the
  built environment. With over 30 years of experience across product design
 \, urban mobility systems\, and regulatory conformance\, Dean brings a liv
 ed and technical understanding of how people interact with spaces\, especi
 ally those navigating disability\, ageing\, and sensory challenges.\n\n \
 n\nAs the founder of Staebl Academy\, Dean is pioneering a new approach to
  learning in the built environment that blends lived experience\, regulato
 ry insight\, and real-time digital coaching through an interactive mobile 
 assistant (no downloads required\, just a phone and curiosity).\n\n \n\nA
 t this HFESA meet-up\, Dean will introduce a short in-field scenario exerc
 ise at the intersection of Elizabeth and Queensberry Streets. Designed as 
 a light and optional activity\, this guided experience offers a feet-on-th
 e-ground\, conversation-starting look at how human factors thinking inters
 ects with urban accessibility\, sensory design\, and built-in risk.\n\nVen
