DESCRIPTION:Our Presenter: Stephanie – Policy and Programs Manager at the
  Australian Resources and Energy Employer Association (AREEA) – has a ba
 ckground in physics and project management as well as a PhD in psychology.
  She managed geophysics\, IT and QHSE projects\, including a program that 
 won a 2019 WA Health and Safety Excellence Award for best workplace health
  and well-being initiative. She holds certifications from various professi
 onal bodies\, including the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Austra
 lia.\n\n \n\nEvent Synopsis: In this presentation\, Stephanie will share 
 insights from her interdisciplinary career and journey from physics to hum
