The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA) is pleased to invite you to respond to our call for submissions for our 2017 conference, to be held from 26-29 Nov, 2017 at The University of Wollongong, NSW.
HFESA conferences are attended by a diverse range of professionals, including certified ergonomists, academics, and practitioners, who work in a variety of areas including, for example, healthcare, transport, mining, and defence. We are developing a rich and diverse program for this year, and would love you to be part of it!
This year’s conference theme is “Sustainable ergonomics”. This may be approached in your submission by examining, for example, the ways in which your work contributes to efficiencies, is evaluated over time, or becomes embedded as part of an improved system. We are accepting submissions related to this theme as well as those more broadly related to HF and ergonomics, though presenters are encouraged to think about how the theme of sustainability applies to their work.
Researchers, practitioners and students are invited to submit their work in one of the following categories:
- Oral presentation
- Poster Presentation
- 3-minute thesis
