A special evening of combined virtual PD events is being offered on Thursday May 28 at 6pm focussing on issues associated with working from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The QLD HFESA branch will present a case study by a large organisation that has utilised creative cost-effective strategies to assist their staff to work safely from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be presented by Michelle Low (HFESA member).

The NSW HFESA branch has developed a number of resources to assist employers, employees and other interested people who are now working from home.  This project provides information and suggests best practice to those WFH or professionals wanting to know more in the current situation and work environment. The launch will highlight research articles, tips, checklists, and recommendations that members and the public can access from the HFESA site.

This PD Event is for you if you are:

•    a HFESA member interested in different approaches to managing WFH issues
•    an employer wondering how to best assist your employees while they work from home
•    used to working in a large corporate office and are suddenly now, working from home
•    working from home, and wondering how to meet all the demands of your work, balancing home responsibilities, whilst maintaining effective productivity and avoiding aches and pains
•    curious about what the HFESA has been up to despite the lockdown.

Join us for this combined QLD and NSW Branch event. Registration is required.
