The inaugural Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD) Conference in 2024 aims to inspire discussions around creating healthier, happier and more productive workplaces through work design.

The theme of the conference, ‘Work Design for Success: Innovative Research and Leading-Edge Practice’ underscores our commitment to share in the latest research and practical approaches on evolving workplace issues such as leadership, psychosocial risks, productivity, workplace safety, automation technologies and many more.

The event will include highly practical, optional workshops on 12 February 2024. The main conference on 13-14 February 2024 will offer presentations and keynotes from leading global work design scholars and Australia’s most influential practitioners.
