> Justine has 25 years of experience in ergonomics, occupational health and safety (OHS), and human resource management in more than eight countries. She is Asia's first and only internationally Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) under the Australian certification system. Justine is also a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) under the Hong Kong Government Labour Department.
> Justine obtained her Ph.D. in Design from the National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan in 2024. Justine is the first Hong Kong graduate of the University of Queensland, Master of Ergonomics program, and the first Registered Safety Officer in Hong Kong who graduated from the University of Adelaide.
> Justine has interests and expertise in ergonomics & OHS consultancy, research, training, and education, as well as being employed as an in-house ergonomist and OSH manager in Australia and Hong Kong. Justine completed ergonomics and OHS projects for various industries and included container terminal, electricity, manufacturing, statutory authority, newspaper, trading, entertainment, telecommunication, clubhouse, university, F&B, kitchen, horse racing, bank, investment, insurance, law firm, aged care home, hospital, and construction. The projects were conducted in Hong Kong, Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Middle East and served over 120 corporations in the past. She has also taught ergonomics and OHS courses at universities in Hong Kong and Australia since 2010.
