ACT Branch Executive Event: Industry Knowledge Sharing Breakfast: Work Design – Transformative Outcomes through Innovative Work Practices

The ACT Branch of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA) is proud to announce a partnership with leading academic from UWA Business School and Australian Laureate Fellow Professor Sharon Parker.

Join a discussion with Professor Sharon Parker hosted by the HFESA. In this small group of executives and senior managers, Professor Sharon Parker will share her evidence and  experiences.  Work design is a crucial but neglected strategy for optimising health, for unleashing employee talent, and for creating agile and effective organisations.

The forum will provide you with the opportunity to discuss the realities of management in the Canberra context. You will hear about Professor Parker’s most recent research on designing work for transformative outcomes.  Professor Parker is interested in continuing the conversation with you after this event.

Take away inspiration on why designing better work makes for healthier business outcomes!

This event will suit public sector executives and senior managers in facility or procurement management roles and private sector general and HR managers.

Fee: $25 per person.
A light breakfast will be served.
Venue: Schiavello Showrooms 2-6 Collie St Fyshwick, ACT 2609. Onsite parking is available at rear.
Please arrive at 7 am.
